  1.         This help file summarizes how to create your own frequency
  2.         data files for use with IONSOUND programs.
  3.  
  4.         For IONSOUND STD and IONSOUND PRO versions, a total of 128
  5.         prestored frequencies may be utilized in a file called
  6.         ION_FREQ.DAT. This file can only be created external to 
  7.         the program and requires storage in an ASCII mode. The
  8.         frequencies inputted to the file can be in decimal or integer
  9.         format and need to be separated by commas or by CR-LF
  10.         separation on a line by line basis. Additionally, the value of
  11.         '0' must be the terminating character to indicate the end of
  12.         the file. The range of the frequencies can extend from 1.8 MHz
  13.         to 54 MHz. Examples of these are as follows:

  30.         For the IONSOUND HDX and IONSOUND HDX TURBO versions of the
  31.         program, the ION_FREQ.DAT file can only contain 9 frequencies
  32.         ranging from 1.8 MHz to 30 MHz. No terminating value of 0 is
  33.         required. Additionally, the ION_FREQ.DAT file can be created
  34.         from within the program when individual frequencies are chosen
  35.         for storage. If the ION_FREQ.DAT file is created manually, then
  36.         these same rules apply. The name of the file must, however, be
  37.         called ION_FREQ.DAT. Examples of these files are:
